A family of five had outgrown their 3-bed home but loved their location. They needed an extra bedroom, larger kitchen, and utility room without moving house.

What We Did
- Built two-storey side extension adding bedroom and ensuite above, utility below
- Extended rear by 4m to create spacious kitchen-diner
- Installed structural steel beams and new foundations
- Added Crittall-style doors and picture windows
- Created dedicated utility and boot room
- Matched existing brickwork perfectly
