A freelance architect needed a dedicated workspace separate from the main house — somewhere professional enough for client meetings but comfortable for daily use.

- Added composite decking area for outdoor breaks
- Fitted sleek grey exterior cladding with floor-to-ceiling windows
- Included heating system and premium insulation for year-round use
- Landscaped pathway connecting to main house
